ITL does not claim ownership of the materials or unsolicited ideas, including those for advertising campaigns, promotions, products, technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans, product names; creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works, you provide, submit, or email to ITL (including feedback and suggestions) (each a "Submission" and collectively "Submissions"). You must not transmit or submit any material to or through this site that you consider to be confidential or proprietary. Any Submissions will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. However, by inputting, providing or submitting ("Submitting") your Submission you are granting ITL, its affiliates and necessary sublicensees, the worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free license rights to: use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; to publish your name in connection with your Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to affiliates of ITL or any supplier of the site.
